• Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations including check-in, registration, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
• Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Support physicians during consultations or treatment sessions as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative documentation
• Prepare and ensure cleanliness of consultation rooms and treatment areas
• Educate patients on basic clinic procedures and herbal medication instructions (under guidance)
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of clinic supplies and products
• Promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives
• Ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic by coordinating between front-of-house and clinical staff

• Previous experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
